This is a bespoke Tammy Kanat weaving - Due to the handmade nature of my work, each piece contains interesting irregularities and not to be seen as imperfections. This is integral to the authentic design.
Once your tapestry has been ordered it will be packaged and ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your Fed Ex tracking number. A mobile phone number is required at checkout so that you can receive text notifications from Fed Ex regarding the expected delivery and delivery confirmation. Due to the declared value, a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, your tapestry will be held at the closest Fed Ex location. It is the buyer's responsibility to claim the tapestry at the Fed Ex location before it is returned to the shipper. Should you need to hold the package at the closest Fed Ex location, contact Fed Ex and refer to the tracking number to provide delivery instructions for Fed Ex.

Shipping a TAMMY KANAT tapestry within Australia ranges is $80AUD. International shipping averages $350AUD per package. International postal services may require purchaser to pay additional custom fees or duty taxes at customs. Tammy Kanat is not responsible for additional fees or taxes.

How Long To receive my tapestry?
Your tapestry will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Custom orders have a 6-8 week turnaround once the deposit has been made and details regarding your tapestry have been discussed with Tammy. All tapestries are shipped via Fed Ex ground, for a 3-5 day delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your tapestry has shipped.
If a package is returned because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the tapestry can be shipped again.
Lost or DAMAGED Goods
Each tapestry is shipped in heavy duty protective packaging. Please check the condition of the package as once you have signed for and accepted the package, all responsibility is removed from FedEx. The FedEx delivery person will wait for you to inspect your package before signing. Please note, for international shipments, customs officials may open and examine package contents. In that case, the package will be resealed and officially stamped before being delivered.
If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please be patient. Your package may be held up in customs for some reason and will still be delivered.
Tammy Kanat is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
